At Shimmer & Muse Unisex Salon, our most priority is ensuring your complete satisfaction with our services. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with our makeup services or makeup courses provided, we are committed to refunding your money, provided the reasons are genuine and proven after investigation.
We encourage you to carefully review the terms and conditions of each deal before making a purchase, as they contain comprehensive details about the services or courses you are acquiring.
Cancellation Policy
Once clients register for our services, cancellations are not permitted. The amount paid is non-refundable under any circumstances. In the event of a dispute regarding the amount paid and the services rendered, the jurisdiction lies in Delhi NCR, and arbitration will be conducted accordingly.
Any disputes related to makeup services and course and other issues between both parties will be handled by the appointed arbitrator of the salon. If the salon fails to deliver the full extent of the services promised, the client will be responsible for the company’s charges.
Refund Policy
Once we receive and inspect your compliant, we will immediately notify you of the status of your refund.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Minimum Timeline
For makeup services and minor adjustments, our team will strive to complete the service within 3 to 5 business days from the date of receiving the complaint at our facility.
Maximum Timeline
For more extensive makeup services and courses, the turnaround time may vary depending on the complexity of the work required. We will provide you with an estimated timeline upon assessment of your complaint.
